Compensation: £55K

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days onsite)

Trust In SODA is seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team within a leading telecommunications organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in navigating and addressing intricate employee relations challenges, offering strategic human resources counsel, and facilitating organizational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and resolving intricate employee relations matters, encompassing grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Delivering expert guidance and support to HR Business Partners and management on employee relations issues.
  • Directing and implementing significant employee relations projects within the organization.
  • Formulating and executing HR policies that align with industry best practices.
  • Maintaining collaborative relationships with external legal advisors.
  • Assisting and/or spearheading organizational change efforts, including TUPE, redundancy discussions, and senior-level exits.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in employee relations, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices. You will be an assertive and persuasive communicator, capable of fostering strong relationships with employees and management across all levels.
