Job Title: Employee Relations Lead

As an Employee Relations Lead at Selfridges, you will play a key role in shaping the company's employee relations strategy and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations best practices and employment law.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and union representatives.

About You:

  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
