About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring customers are fully informed and satisfied.
- Manage customer expectations, communicating effectively and proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient and effective vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other technical tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
