Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Referral Advisor to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Mind. As a Client Referral Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for individuals accessing our mental health services, providing a sensitive and professional service to clients and health professionals alike.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the client journey from point of referral to booked assessment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work closely with Duty Therapists to ensure appropriate escalation of risk-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of people.
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Person Specification

  • Admin qualifications or evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Experience of working in an administrative environment, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of people.
