Job Title: Client Referral Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Referral Advisor to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Mind. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to individuals accessing our mental health services.

About the Role

The Client Referral Advisor will be responsible for managing the client journey from initial referral to booked assessment. This will involve working closely with our Duty Therapist to ensure that all relevant information is gathered and recorded accurately. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary processes are followed to book individuals into an assessment with a therapist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to individuals accessing our mental health services
  • Manage the client journey from initial referral to booked assessment
  • Work closely with our Duty Therapist to ensure accurate recording of client information
  • Ensure that all necessary processes are followed to book individuals into an assessment with a therapist
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also need to have experience of working in an administrative environment and have a good understanding of mental health support. Additionally, you will need to be able to work flexibly and be able to manage competing priorities.
