About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Referral Advisor to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Mind. As a key member of our NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) team, you will play a vital role in providing an efficient and accurate client referral service to individuals accessing our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the client journey from point of referral to booked assessment, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our therapy teams.
  • Provide sensitive and professional support to clients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our organization's values and principles.
  • Work closely with our Duty Therapist to ensure timely escalation of risk-related issues and provide support to clients in crisis.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information is recorded on our databases, adhering to data protection and confidentiality protocols.
  • Collaborate with our therapy teams to book individuals into assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse client groups.
  • Experience of working in an administrative environment, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
