As a Mortgage Advisor at Brookson, you'll play a crucial role in advising clients on their mortgage and protection needs. You'll research and maintain knowledge of mortgage and protection products, ensuring you're up-to-date with the latest offerings and regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on mortgage and protection products, ensuring they receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Research and maintain knowledge of mortgage and protection products, including available providers and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet the regulatory aspects of the role, including disclosure, costs, and advised products.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation affecting the Freelance Contractor and Interim Manager industry sector.
  • Take ownership of seeking solutions for clients, including adjudication with internal departments.


Requirements:

  • CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 qualifications.
  • At least 1 year's experience in providing advice on mortgage services and products.
  • Previous experience working in a compliance-regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and high-level numeracy skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
