Position Overview:

The Returns Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in a prominent decorative homeware company, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction by minimizing product returns and damages.

Poole, Dorset

Employment Type:
Permanent

Compensation:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 4pm

Role Responsibilities:

The Returns Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Managing and updating product return databases.
  • Extracting and analyzing returns data to provide insights to internal teams.
  • Reviewing product inspection reports and ensuring company systems reflect the latest information.
  • Collaborating with product developers to reduce future returns.
  • Communicating findings to manufacturers and factories.
  • Addressing quality concerns with warehouses and internal departments.
  • Investigating customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Supporting product developers and product teams as needed.

The successful candidate will possess:
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in liaising with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce precise work.
  • A proactive mindset.
