We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at JMK Resourcing Solutions. As a Product Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high standards of product quality are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Return Process Management: Manage the product return process for national accounts with a long-term goal to minimize product returns.
  • Collaboration with Manufacturing Team: Work closely with the manufacturing team and factories to resolve product issues arising at inspection.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Resolve customer queries and issues by providing responses on websites and portals.
  • Product Improvement Opportunities: Proactively assist the product team in product improvement opportunities.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Confidence in communicating with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Previous experience of working with product/distribution, or warehousing.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized approach.
Working Hours and Environment

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 4:00pm Friday. Fully office-based with on-site parking.
