About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Tate Cambridge. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of financial targets and business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales managers to develop strategic plans for each region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, review, and distribute reports on revenue analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement effective processes to track monthly shipping targets, optimize sales forecasting, and enhance data management.
  • Commercial Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact between sales and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects as required, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales support and sales operations experience, with a strong understanding of sales reporting systems and data analysis.
  • Education: Degree-level education in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting systems.
