Wedding and Events - Sales Manager
At The Shropshire - BGL Golf, we pride ourselves on providing an enchanting wedding venue that boasts stunning views of the Shropshire countryside. Our Farmhouse Suite is designed to host ceremonies and receptions for up to 80 guests, complemented by a marquee for larger gatherings. Guests can unwind in our lounge bar between events.

Role Overview:
As the leader of our sales office, you will focus on weddings, events, and golf memberships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives
- Mentor and develop the sales team
- Optimize revenue and convert leads into clients
- Oversee all sales initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in wedding and event sales
- Background in management
- Must have reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: £32,000.00 annually
