Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Lyreco Group (Italy). As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate account spend and identify opportunities to add products to customers' purchasing behavior.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Lyreco's workplace solution propositions, including structure and service offerings, to add value to customers' experiences.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure they receive the best possible service and continue to spend with us.
  • Capture customers' complete spend of workplace solutions and products, using all available reports, promotions, and information.
  • Liaise with the Inside Sales Team Leader on pertinent account issues and maintain accurate records in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a telephone-based environment (preferable, not essential).
  • Enthusiasm for sales and ability to maintain high standards and a positive attitude throughout the day.
  • Reliability and determination in attitude, with a focus on assessing own performance and striving to exceed.
  • Emotional intelligence and a humble, hungry approach to work.
