This is an exciting opportunity to join Ethero's UK office as a Sales Coordinator, supporting the Sales team in driving business growth and expansion. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager and field-based sales team to track sales activity and forecasting.
  • Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is up-to-date with company information.
  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities through research.
  • Utilize email, calls, and LinkedIn to promote the company's services and products.
  • Track sales activity to produce reports for the Senior Management Team (SMT).
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing activities and trade events.
  • Support the coordination of projects, including administrative tasks.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Ensure quotations are sent out promptly and followed up effectively.

Requirements:
