About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Manager to join our team at Smith+Nephew. As a key member of our Corporate Account Management (CAM) Team, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable and profitable growth across established markets in Europe and Asia/Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute corporate account plans for major accounts in private healthcare groups and the NHS to analyze key decision-makers and evaluate sales potential and contractual opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clinical and procurement leaders to maintain and promote sales performance and understand customer needs and priorities.
  • Work closely with Business Unit (BU) Directors and their leadership teams to lead tender submissions, successful deal negotiations, and pricing strategies, and contract creation.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture business opportunities across the business through large tenders, deals, and strategic projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated
  • 5-10 years experience in sales/marketing or commercial management, ideally in the medical devices industry.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customers in London and to our Watford office.
