We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Universal Business Team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through proactive outbound sales calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales calls and relationship-building.
  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure continued business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively address customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our product range and ability to develop in-depth knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
  • CRM Software: Experience with CRM software and telephone systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 (OTE £37-£42K)
  • Holiday Entitlement: 33 days total
