At Monstera Talent Ltd, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and generating leads. You will work closely with experienced professionals to learn various sales techniques and strategies, and assist in forecasting sales and evaluating the effectiveness of different sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn sales techniques and strategies
  • Assist in identifying sales opportunities and generating leads
  • Support in forecasting sales and evaluating the effectiveness of different sales approaches
  • Shadow seasoned sales representatives to understand customer interactions and relationship-building
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales progress

What You'll Learn:

  • Gain hands-on experience in diverse sales methods, including door-to-door, cold calling, and presentations
  • Develop strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for success in sales
  • Understand customer needs and learn how to build and maintain long-lasting relationships
