Sales Representative

Virgin Media O2 is seeking confident and driven individuals to join our Field Sales Representatives team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
About the RoleWe are looking for individuals who will thrive in a target-driven role, meeting with prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services. Our in-depth training program will enable you to have quality conversations with customers from the get-go and set you up for success.
What We Offer- A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions)
- £2,500 per year, London Weighting Allowance
- Our top advisors earn £50k - £70k per year with uncapped commission (pro-rata)
- Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees
- 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off, to treat yourself (pro-rata)
- Plus, the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave, to suit your personal needs
- An excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%
- Employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan and life assurance
- A host of Family Friendly policies e.g., neonatal leave, 14-week paternity leave, and carers leave
- A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points
