Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and driven Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales skills to meet and exceed targets.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements
  • A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  • Positive, winning attitude and self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets.
  • Ability to think on your feet when handling objections and deal with rejections.

What We Offer
  • A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions).
  • £2,500 per year, London Weighting Allowance.
  • Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
  • 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off, to treat yourself (pro-rata). Plus, the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave, to suit your personal needs.
  • An excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%.
  • Employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan and life assurance.
