Position Overview

Clinical Support Practitioner / Nurse Associate for Wound Management

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Band 4 Clinical Support Practitioner or Nurse Associate specializing in wound management.

We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 4 Clinical Support Practitioner or Nurse Associate to join our innovative team focused on tissue viability. This role is community-oriented and aims to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position will be within the Wound Management Clinic, with potential responsibilities for home visits as required.

The ideal candidate should possess flexibility, strong teamwork abilities, and the capacity to perform under pressure. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential for effective interaction with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.

We welcome applications from both Clinical Support Practitioners and Nurse Associates who have demonstrated clinical expertise and communication skills, eager to contribute to our supportive and forward-thinking team. Previous experience in wound management and compression therapy is highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will be expected to apply a variety of skills and experiences acquired in clinical settings to assist registered clinicians in conducting thorough and holistic assessments.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are mandatory.

Essential Qualifications
