Main Responsibilities- Assist registered clinicians in comprehensive and holistic assessments of patients.
- Provide wound care and management services to patients with leg ulcers.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the development and implementation of service improvements and quality initiatives.
- Qualification as an Assistant Practitioner or Nurse Associate.
- NHS experience in a hospital or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
