We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, one-to-one care to patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition treatments.
- Work closely with patients to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Full-time contract
- £40,700 per annum plus London Living Allowance of up to £8,140 (location dependent)
