Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Practitioner to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Tissue Viability team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our community-based services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with registered clinicians to undertake comprehensive assessments and provide holistic care to patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in service development and audit initiatives to drive quality improvement and best practice.

Requirements
