Job Title: Special Education Needs Speech & Language Teaching Assistant

Location: Dagenham, East London

Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term-time only)

Salary: £110 - £115 a day (dependent upon experience)

Veritas Education are looking for new Speech and language Teaching Assistant for one of our client schools in Dagenham, East London

This is a sensational opportunity for aspiring Child/Educational Psychologists to gain experience and develop their skills.

There is scope for the successful candidate to progress their career. Regular internal supervision and mentoring is provided by senior members of the team to help achieve this.

This Speech and language Teaching Assistant position offers:

The School are Looking for:

You must have experience working with children with Special Educational Need
Experience with Speech and Language work is ideal
A good academic background - Minimum education of undergraduate degree
Ideally looking to develop skills and gain experience towards a career working with young people
An enthusiastic and proactive nature and the ability to work well as part of a team
Be able to plan, assist and lead interventions for Speech and Language Therapy

Each candidate will be subject to a DBS and police check where required. A successful candidate will also provide at least two references from their previous employer/s.
