Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Commercial Services Interim & Executive Search. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including writing evaluation proposals and raising lease contracts
- Update contracts and send them out to relevant parties
- Chase PO numbers from customers
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal colleagues, managers, and staff, as well as external customers, clients, and suppliers, through email and telephone
- Offer advice and information to support business operations
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Able to work well under pressure and on multiple projects running parallel to one another
