Position Overview

We are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Global CTS Recruitment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our modern office facilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing Maintenance: Coordinate and manage maintenance activities to ensure the office environment is well-maintained and functional.
  • Regular Inspections: Conduct routine checks to ensure that the premises are in excellent condition.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills in English to liaise with team members and service providers.
  • Administrative Support: Provide robust administrative assistance to support the operational needs of the office.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar capacity, such as an Administrative Coordinator or Facilities Management role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
