Position: Onboarding Officer

Location: Hull

Salary: £24,878 - £26,187 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking 4 Onboarding Officers to enhance our operations in Hull. The Onboarding Team operates within the Lettings Teams of Sanctuary Housing, overseeing a diverse range of tenures across the nation. This team is responsible for delivering a high-quality housing support service tailored to the needs of our prospective and current clients, in line with established allocation and lettings protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage administrative systems to maintain accurate and current waiting lists.
  • Facilitate a variety of housing options to assist clients in their search for appropriate accommodation, providing guidance on our allocations policy in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the key management process for tenancy terminations by coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Address complaints and feedback from clients to meet their expectations, ensuring clear communication regarding progress and outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in data management, including database input and updates.
  • Background in delivering high-quality housing or customer services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Competence in extracting and analyzing computerized information and documentation.
  • Familiarity with housing management systems such as DocuSign, Abritias, Huume, Locata, or similar is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
