Position Overview:
Thirteen Group is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to become a vital part of our contact team, working 15 hours per week on a fixed-term contract. The role requires flexibility to accommodate customer and business needs during operational hours, typically from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts on a rota basis.
Thirteen Group Offers:
- Annual Salary - £9,473.92 (equivalent to £24,537 for full-time)

Key Duties:
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused communication via telephone, email, and other channels, ensuring maximum first contact resolution and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Take ownership of service requests, including complex issues, and manage customer dissatisfaction to find optimal solutions and promote continuous improvement.
- Enhance the customer journey by capturing comprehensive customer information and insights through contact management systems.
- Respond to inquiries across all service areas within established service standards.
About You:
- Proficient in using IT and media effectively, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes while addressing a variety of customer inquiries.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure, paying attention to detail while resolving customer inquiries.
- Empathetic listener, capable of understanding and responding to customer needs to resolve issues effectively.
