Position: Onboarding Officer

Location: Hull

Salary: £24,878 - £26,187 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking 4 skilled Onboarding Officers to enhance our operations in Hull. The Onboarding Team operates within the Lettings Teams of Sanctuary Housing, overseeing a diverse range of tenures across the nation. This team is responsible for delivering our exceptional housing support services, tailored to meet the specific needs of our prospective and current clients, in alignment with our allocation and lettings protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage administrative systems to maintain accurate and current waiting lists.
  • Facilitate a variety of housing options, assisting clients in their search for appropriate accommodation while advising on our allocations policy in compliance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Oversee the key management process for tenancy terminations by coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective execution of the process.
  • Address complaints and gather customer feedback to align with client expectations, providing clear communication regarding progress and outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in data management, including database input and updates.
  • Background in delivering high-quality housing or customer services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Competence in extracting and analyzing computerized information and documentation.
  • Familiarity with housing management systems such as DocuSign, Abritias, Huume, Locata, or similar is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
