Role Overview:

Support the Asset & Governance Manager and the on-site Operations Team in formulating and executing long-term asset management strategies, providing leadership and guidance to various embedded program delivery teams.

Collaborate with the internal IT department and Operational Asset Management teams to uphold and enhance data quality analysis methodologies, ensuring optimal system performance.


Strategic and Tactical Oversight:

Oversee the complete Asset Maintenance portfolio, including the management of databases and all necessary information to deliver a comprehensive solution tailored to the Client's specifications.

  • Asset Management Policies and Procedures: Assist in establishing all Asset Management Policies and Procedures across the organization and develop essential documentation related to Asset and Maintenance management.
  • Contract Mobilizations: Facilitate the mobilization of contracts and ensure effective onboarding of assets.

Asset Onboarding:

Proactively manage and support the onboarding of new contracts, as well as the deployment of Asset Management systems for both new and existing contracts.

  • Foster a collaborative culture by working closely with engineering operations management, frontline staff, and stakeholders to implement the asset management transformation program and drive new operational initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Employ data analysis techniques to inform the Contract Manager about asset performance and data quality issues. Ensure that Asset Management systems are monitored and that asset management plans are updated annually.
  • Asset Management Processes and Procedures: Aid in the implementation of asset management processes and procedures, including the collection of asset data across the entire portfolio, maintaining effective asset performance history, and producing asset lifecycle plans.
  • Promote continuous improvement in asset data quality in alignment with the asset management strategy and processes. Identify and develop innovative tools and techniques for delivering asset management and reporting within the organization.
