Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Process Improvement Projects: Collaborate with business-wide stakeholders to lead end-to-end process improvement projects, deploying a CI structured approach to drive business value.
  2. Project Planning and Management: Plan and manage project activities to time and budget, liaising with internal/external stakeholders as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Process Mapping and Evaluation: Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying key pain points and issues, measuring process performance through data analysis, and quantifying improvement opportunities to support business prioritization.
  4. Process Performance Goals and Measures: Design, implement, and monitor process performance goals and measures, supporting Business Process Owners to track benefits realization.
Qualifications and Key Skills
  1. Graduate Degree or Equivalent Certification: Possess a graduate degree or equivalent professional certification in a relevant field.
  2. Project Delivery Methodologies: Have a good understanding of project delivery methodologies, such as Prince, Agile, and Scrum.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Be able to assess process performance and promote data-led decision making to drive business improvement.
