As an Asset Performance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end process improvement projects, ensuring opportunities are quantified to support prioritization and processes are redesigned to enhance productivity and drive value for the business and its customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, deploying a structured approach to drive business value.
  • Plan and manage project activities to time and budget, liaising with internal/external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying key pain points and issues, measuring process performance through data analysis and quantifying improvement opportunities to support business prioritization.
  • Design, implement, and monitor process performance goals and measures, supporting Business Process Owners to track benefits realization.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate degree, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g., Prince, Agile & Scrum).
  • Ability to assess process performance and promote data-led decision making.
