Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: East Coast of England
Home Name: Sycamore House
Hours: 40.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
Salary: £24,850 - £28,475 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker at Hexagon Care Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a specialist residential setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the well-being and independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to children and young people with ASD, including personal care, meal preparation, and activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall management of the home
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
- Qualifications in childcare or a related field (desirable)
- Experience working with children and young people with ASD (desirable)
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
- Full driving license (essential)
