As a Specialist Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of our young people, promoting their independence, and helping them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the clinical team and local authorities
* Organize and facilitate social activities, such as days out, work in the community, and holidays
* Assist with the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other tasks
* Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices
* Work closely with the clinical team and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people

Requirements:

* Relevant qualification in a specialized discipline
* Full UK driving license
* Enhanced DBS check
* Ability to work on a rota basis, including sleep-ins
