About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Specialist Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing invaluable support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, work in the community, and holidays
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other tasks
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices
  • Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in a specialised discipline
  • Full UK driving licence due to the location and nature of the work
