In the role of Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of our brands to key clients in the London On Trade sector. Leveraging your expertise and the compelling narratives behind our brands, you will cultivate and enhance enduring and sustainable partnerships that align with our brand and commercial goals in the UK.

This position offers a fantastic chance to leverage your commercial acumen, contribute to our growth trajectory, and help us create memorable experiences for consumers across a diverse array of prestigious London accounts, focusing on luxury dining establishments and high-end hotel bars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the commercial strategy for high-profile London customers
  • Oversee pricing and profitability targets in collaboration with commercial marketing, aligning with long-term brand and business objectives
  • Conduct regular business performance reviews and forecasting, understanding the factors influencing market outcomes
  • Manage P&L for key London accounts
  • Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, particularly commercial marketing and finance
  • Uphold compliance and professionalism, staying informed about relevant laws and regulations
  • Achieve annual RSVP3 goals (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Promotion & Persuasion) at account and store levels
  • Employ a value-driven approach to sales with strong problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales or commercial experience, particularly in On Trade account management
  • Strong forecasting abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in utilizing data to formulate commercial strategies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for new opportunities
