About The Role

M Group Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reinstatement Defect Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of world-class health and safety performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate reinstatement activities to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • Support the planning, operational, and commercial leads in achieving operational targets.
  • Collaborate with the planning and operational teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Oversee the operational resource and activity within the areas of responsibility to ensure professional, financial, and quality standards are met.
The Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in reinstatement and operational management.
  • Ability to deliver against operational targets and improve efficiency.
  • Commercial awareness and engagement.
  • Natural collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent.
  • NRSWA Supervisor, SMSTS, and LANTRA or similar Streetworks qualification.
