Job Overview:
We are in search of a Quality Assurance Engineer to offer guidance and oversight in quality management and process regulation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping product design, executing Quality Planning and Control initiatives, and fostering ongoing enhancements in the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to organizational operating protocols
- Formulate procedures for dynamic environments
- Assist Operations in realizing continuous improvement
- Lead investigations into Quality Root Causes and implement corrective measures
- Oversee the MRB process and manage nonconformities
- Perform compliance audits
- Establish strong relationships both internally and externally
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
- Formal education at HNC level or equivalent
- Familiarity with quality standards
- Background in engineering
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure
Preferred qualifications include an understanding of products and processes, experience in auditing, and a background in quality assurance within precision manufacturing.
