Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Excelitas Technologies. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for implementing quality management systems to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-related role.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
