Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Excelitas Technologies. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for implementing quality management systems to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-related role.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
