Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Ganger/Team Leader to join our team in Rhyl. As a key member of our Civil Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality projects in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure that all team members have the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil engineering industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management.
