Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Ganger / Team Leader to join our team at Tarmac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the delivery of infrastructure projects
  • Ensure all work is delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently
  • Liaise with the Griffiths Streetworks Team to ensure Streetworks Notices are updated and closed down
  • Order plant and materials as required to deliver the task
  • Ensure a point of work risk assessments are completed on each job/project

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in deep drainage/pipelaying
  • Water Hygiene card
  • Confined Space working (C&G Med Risk minimum)
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • COSHH awareness
  • Temporary Works Supervisor trained
  • CAT 4+ trained
