About The Role

M Group Services is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grab Team Leader to join our Reinstatement Department in North Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Grab operations and ensuring that all reinstatement activities are carried out to the highest standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Grab operatives to ensure that all reinstatement activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop site-specific safety plans to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Inspect all work and equipment to identify defects and report any issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Develop and implement effective reinstatement strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all reinstatement activities are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the Grab team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure that all team members receive the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

  • Full clean driving licence/Class 2 (CPC required)
  • EUSR National Water Hygiene
  • NRSWA
  • First aid (Desirable)
  • EUSR Water SHEA
  • Manual Handling
