About The Role

M Group Services is seeking a highly skilled Reinstatement Supervisor to join our team in South & West Wales. As a key member of our Welsh Water contract, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality reinstatement services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Supervisor and Area Manager in ensuring all works relating to R&M, Noticing, and Reinstatement activities are delivered to the required standard.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to drive consistent processes and improve performance.
  • Ensure robust processes are in place to manage fittings, materials, and stock levels, and that all works are closed accurately within the agreed business systems.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as required, and maintain confidentiality in respect of the company, its dealings, and all other information relating to clients, participants, associates, staff, etc.
Requirements
  • Hold a current driving license.
  • Hold NRSWA Supervisors, SSSTS Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme, and EUSR Water Hygiene (not essential).
  • Have good SROH Knowledge and proven leadership skills.
