About the role
The Reinstatement Defect Officer will work closely with the Reinstatement Supervisor/Manager, the Operations Manager and Planning Manager in improving all aspects of the operational performance, ensuring they beat the targeted levels of safety, quality, customer satisfaction, cost efficiencies, targeted reporting and maximised utilisation of resource.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of all Reinstatement and ensure all works fully permitted and compliant Ensure compliance with procedures to support the delivery of world class health & safety performance Support the Planning, Operational and Commercial leads as required Coordination between planning / operational teams and streetworks team Assist all Managers in increasing efficiencies Assist Managers identify areas of improvement and then assist in the improvement thereof Share best practice and assist in implementing these metrics / improvements in other workstreams / regions if required Oversee the operational resource/activity within the areas of responsibility to professional, financial and quality standards. Assist with continuous improvement process Establish excellent relationship through collaborationThe Key Requirements
Have you gained experience in reinstatement? Do you have a proven ability to deliver against operational targets? Are you commercially aware & engaged? Are you naturally collaborative, able to build relationships with key client & stakeholder contacts? Are you committed to delivering the highest health, safety & quality standards ?
