Job Title: Global Supply Chain Finance Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions, including cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective supply chain management, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, including accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA part/nearly or newly qualified
  • Data Analytics skills beyond excel e.g. PowerBI & SQL report building
  • Proven ability to translate complex financials into insights & actions
  • Proven people skills with ability to build relationships & influence
