We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a key member of our global organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and value creation for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and supply chain management, with a proven track record of analyzing complex financial data and developing insights that drive business decisions. You will be responsible for managing freight cost accruals, maintaining balance sheet integrity, and controlling supply chain overheads.

As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will work closely with our global teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively raising performance issues and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standard Costing: Develop and maintain accurate product costing models across the supplier network.
  • Freight Cost Management: Manage freight cost accruals and ensure accurate expensing of these costs on the profit and loss statement.
  • Budget Control: Partner with supply chain and R&D teams to ensure delivery and control of supply chain overheads budget.
  • Balance Sheet Control: Maintain balance sheet integrity and control for all inventory and supply chain assets.
  • SC Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (qualitative and quantitative) across the supply chain and proactively raise performance issues and opportunities.
  • Savings: Monitor savings program delivery and reconcile these to the profit and loss statement.
  • Commodities: Partner with procurement to model the impact of inflation and support margin and pricing decisions across the business.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA part/nearly or newly qualified.
  • Data analytics skills beyond Excel, including PowerBI and SQL report building.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financials into insights and actions.
  • Proven people skills with ability to build relationships and influence.
