Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a key member of our global FMCG client Elida Beauty, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and value creation.

About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing freight cost accruals, budget control, balance sheet integrity, and supply chain performance management. You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain Finance and other teams to ensure the delivery and control of Supply Chain Overheads budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Freight Cost Management: Accurately manage freight cost accruals and expensing of these costs on the P&L.
  • Budget Control: Partner with supply chain and R&D teams to ensure delivery and control of Supply Chain Overheads budget.
  • Balance Sheet Control: Responsible for balance sheet integrity and control for all inventory and supply chain assets, including physical verification of stock and assets.
  • SC Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (Qual & Quant) across the supply chain, focusing on safety, service, and cost, and proactively raise performance issues and opportunities.
  • Savings: Monitor savings program delivery and reconciliation of these to the P&L as a key proof point.
  • Commodities: Partner with procurement to proactively model the impact of inflation, working closely with markets to support margin and pricing decisions across the business.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA part/nearly or newly qualified.
  • Data Analytics skills beyond Excel, including PowerBI and SQL report building.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financials into insights and actions.
  • Proven people skills with ability to build relationships and influence.
