Director of Supply Chain and Logistics

The Global Search Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Supply Chain and Logistics to join our team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales and operations plan to drive business growth and meet commercial targets across all territories and product portfolios.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with finance to execute the global strategic plan, optimizing investments and resources within the supply chain to maximize efficiency, cash flow, and profitability.
- Demand Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure demand plans reflect current market trends and commercial opportunities, while maintaining flexibility to capitalize on growth potential.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the introduction of new products and manage end-of-life processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and deliver key performance metrics within the sales and operations planning process, driving continuous improvement and process change.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations regarding opportunities and risks within the supply chain, ensuring high standards are maintained and exceeded.
- Business Intelligence: Gather, analyze, and report on business data to support key business decision-making.
