Job Summary

Serviap Logistics is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager/Supply Chain Coordinator to assume responsibility for our supply chain management in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our sales strategy, identifying bottlenecks in the market, and taking proactive measures to address them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to minimize picking errors, optimize warehouse operations, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any arising problems or complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to minimize costs, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Logistics and Sales Manager, with a record of successful distribution and logistics management.
  • Proficient in standard logistics software and able to work independently with multiple projects.
  • Good understanding of SAP systems and ability to analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
