As a Logistics Manager Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing our sales strategy, managing our supply chain, and ensuring the efficient distribution of goods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services;
  • Monitoring quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency;
  • Arranging warehouse, cataloging goods, planning routes, and processing shipments;
  • Resolving any arising problems or complaints;
  • Supervising, coaching, and training warehouse workforce;
  • Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements;
  • Proposing improvement processes to minimize the number of picking errors;
  • Managing packers and monitoring quality/appearance of packaged orders;
  • Processing rush orders (outside of standard process).

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Logistics and Sales Manager;
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management;
  • Proficient in standard logistics software;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
  • Good with SAP systems;
  • German/Dutch non-essential but helpful.
