Supply Chain Director

The Global Search Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Director to join our team in London. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global sales and operations (S&OP) process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  2. Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction across our global supply chain.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  5. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain leadership, with a strong background in logistics, planning, and operations.
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience with supply chain planning tools and technologies.
